Innovation in health represents one of the most important and vital crossover areas in the creative, digital and tech sectors right now, with VR, wearables and implantables becoming ever important in everyday healthcare.

We have invited some very special guests to demonstrate and talk about their own innovations where the interplay between creativity and patient care are making a significant impact.

We’re delighted to welcome the following speakers so far.

Steve Wileman and Suzanne Edwards, Enlighten - Enlighten are an award-winning Midlands-based Edutech solutions team with expertise in Augmented Reality (AR) and its impact on the future of Mental Health Support. Steve and Suzanne will provide hands-on demonstrations of the impact of AR in current healthcare settings and discuss how they will be developed in the future to enhance learning and self-support.

Gordon Anderson, Memory Tracks - Gordon is an expert in product development, and market entry. He will talk about Memory Tracks, a care platform that uses music. We bring the healing power of reminiscence songs to those living with cognitive impairment or issues of well-being.

As always, we will keep the inspiration flowing with free drinks and food.

Places are free, but booking is essential as Maker Monday events fill up quickly.
