You will be working a field-based role with regular sales meetings at our office inside Birmingham or via conference call. You will be adept at booking and excelling in client meetings/conference calls and be able to utilise a fantastic product set to the benefit of your potential customers.

As this is an experienced position, you will be given a great deal of autonomy to organise your own diary. An excellent commission structure is in place alongside 25 Days Holiday.

There is a collaborative effort within the organisation which leads to a great team ethic. You will be working alongside the Group Cloud Sales Manager with the support of a Marketing Department so there is an excellent chance to develop a healthy pipeline early on.

Skills required for the role:

About you

  • A skilled hunter lead generator who can open doors and build relationships
  • Ideally coming from a fast-paced technology / software environment with great closing experience
  • A fantastic communicator who can generate leads around our Public Cloud solution including BaaS and DRaaS

· Business communication, leadership and project management skills

  • A relationship builder and influencer
  • An energetic and passionate Sales lead generator who is willing to learn from senior sales colleagues within the team
  • Good knowledge about the benefits of Public cloud for businesses, with past experience with any Public Cloud
  • Understanding of VM’s and various Hypervisors, Virtual Data Centres, Firewall,VPN’s would be an advantage
  • A demonstrable track record of s u ccess gained over 3+ years in sales, preferably IT

· Experience dealing with Senior Management at SME and Mid-Market level

· Understand the Cloud Reseller and SMB markets an advantage

· Full, Clean, UK Driving License

About the role

  • Reporting to the Head of Cloud Sales
  • Drive revenue and growth within various sectors
  • Quickly understand the Cloud Reseller and SMB markets
  • Build relationships through direct sales and also through attending industry events
  • Work closely with the Sales team to maximise lead generation, convert sales and drive growth
  • Working with Local businesses and resellers via Chamber of Commerce and BNI channels
  • Enable business partners to merge and rapidly expand without being encumbered by system limits by ensuring partners understand the solutions we provide and the benefits
  • To negotiate, relationship manage, troubleshoot and ensure contract commitments made are met
  • Proactively identifies upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with channel partner to ensure sales are maximized


£35/40K Base - Double OTE Uncapped
